    Hi, I like the rolls in rice paper, I’ve done them but when I eat them they stick to my fingers, how you avoid this?

      Hello! There are a few ways to prevent rice paper rolls from sticking to your fingers. First, briefly dip the rice paper in cold water and use it immediately. Second, be careful not to overfill the rolls with ingredients. Lastly, let the finished rolls sit for a moment before eating so that the rice paper can dry slightly, which will make it less sticky.       Oh, I see! When I cook with rice paper, it also sometimes tears and pops open, though it doesn’t show in the video. To prevent the rice paper from tearing, briefly dip it in cold water and use it immediately. If you soak it for too long, it becomes too soft and tears easily. Another method is to use two layers of rice paper instead of one. Wrap the filling with one layer, then wrap it again with another layer. This helps prevent tearing and keeps the moisture from the filling inside, so it won’t splatter when frying. Also, using an appropriate amount of oil can help prevent splattering.     Well finally made it and realized that it is too boring 😢. Plain yogurt with honey and lemon ended up tasting like fruit yogurt. Fruit yogurt as a salad dressing? Mmmmm.... I definitely expected more. So i added sesame seeds, mustard, olive oil... Will experiment with garlic next time. Add anything you can think of to make the dressing taste more fun!

      Yes! Mulkimchi (water kimchi) also starts to ferment 2-3 days after being stored in the refrigerator. The temperature and ingredients can cause some variation.       Yes! You can also bake them in the oven or air fryer. Place them on parchment paper so they don't stick together, and if you want them crispier, it's good to spray a little oil. When using cheese, it might be a bit difficult to keep the shape as the cheese can melt and spread out in the oven.😊🙏

    You can do vegan also but vegetarian is preferred- no fish , no chicken.
